If you have traveled outside of Maine, are visiting from out of state, or know you have come in close contact with Covid-19 please wait at least 14 days before making an appointment.
If you have any flu-like symptoms or symptoms associated with Covid-19 please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. Symptoms may include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, and nausea or vomiting. Until further notice we are suspending cancellation fees. Even if you wake up feeling ill on the day of your visit you will not be charged for canceling.
If you are part of one of the high risk groups outlined on the CDC website please be aware that massage and bodywork are contraindicated. Though we will do our absolute best to minimize risk, Covid-19 is very contagious and social distancing during a treatment is impossible. Ultimately it is up to you to decide when you are comfortable coming in, we just ask that you make an informed decision before doing so.
We ask that you wear a mask and wash your hands immediately upon entering the building. Please be prepared to wear a mask throughout your appointment (your practitioner will work with you to make sure you are comfortable!). You will be asked to read and sign a short liability waiver regarding Covid-19 related risks before your initial session begins.
Please know that we'll be closely following all state and CDC guidelines to make our space as safe as possible. We will be wearing masks, allowing extra time between appointments for thorough sanitation, keeping our rooms well ventilated and using HEPA air purifiers.
If you have any questions or would like help scheduling an appointment do not hesitate to contact us! We look forward to seeing you soon.
We love what we do and we want to share it with the world. This is our way of giving back to our community.

MEET OUR HEALERS
Leah
Leah graduated from the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in Bridgton, Maine in 2009. She strengthened her skills in injury rehabilitation while working at a massage clinic in the Seattle area where she provided massage therapy for overuse and traumatic injuries often related to work, exercise and auto accidents. She gained many hours of experience with common issues such as rotator cuff, neck, low back and hip pain and discomfort. Leah also has extensive experience with prenatal massage. In her practice she strives to find a perfect balance where massage is both physically therapeutic and deeply relaxing and loves to find ways to tailor each session to your needs on that particular day.

Rachel
"Welcome! I'm Rachel King, a holistically focused massage therapist out of Southern Maine. I believe that all people deserve the immensely healing power of touch and that it is a catalyst to deep healing in all areas of our lives. Bodywork and other like modalities are essential tools in attenuating pain in the physical body, as well as the mind and spirit. With a 10 year background in Swedish and neuromuscular techniques, I ensure that clients have space to discuss any specific issues they are experiencing and tailor their session accordingly. I am also experienced in trigger point therapy, pre and post natal massage, deep tissue massage, myofacial release and reflexology. I graduated from the therapeutic massage program at SpaTech in 2007 and have been in practice full time ever since. I am currently studying Traditional Thai Yoga massage under the advisory of Jessica Dafni. I enjoy being outside with my dog, hiking, rollerblading and playing the ukulele. I am honored and humbled to be a part of a person's journey towards greater health, wellbeing and healing. I hope to see you soon!"
